With a deck height of 360 m (1,180 ft), Dimuhe River Bridge is one of the highest bridges in the world. This suspension bridge is part of the G56 Hangzhou–Ruili Expressway between Liupanshui and Bijie. It was thrown open for public traffic in 2015.
#9 Beipan River Guanxing Highway Bridge, China – 366 m (1,201 ft)
Beipan River Guanxing Highway Bridge, a 366 metres high suspension bridge, was the highest bridge in the world until the opening of the Hegigio Gorge Pipeline Bridge in 2005. It is 388 m long and is on Guanxing Highway near Xingbei Town in Guizhou Province of China.
#8 Baling River Bridge, China – 370 m (1,210 ft)
Baling River Bridge is a 2,237 m (7,339 ft) long suspension bridge over the Baling River Valley, Guanling County in Guizhou Province of China. It is part of the G60 Shanghai–Kunming Expressway between Kunming and Guiyang. This bridge has reduced the travel time across the river valley from one hour to four minutes.
#7 Baluarte Bridge, Mexico – 390 m (1,280 ft)
Baluarte Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge, is located between the municipalities of Concordia in Sinaloa and Pueblo Nuevo in Durango along the Mexican Federal Highway 40. Construction of this bridge began in 2008 and it was thrown open for public traffic in late 2013. It has shortened the traveling time between Durango and Mazatlán from approximately 6 to 2.5 hours.

With a height of 393 metres, Hegigio Gorge Pipeline Bridge was the highest bridge in the world until 2005. This 470 m long suspension bridge, built over the Hegigio River, is used for transporting petroleum oil from Southeast Mananda oil field in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.

Qingshui River Bridge, a suspension bridge, stands 406 m (1,332 ft) above the Qingshuihe River in Guizhou, China. With a main span of 1,130 m (3,710 ft), it is the third highest suspension bridge in the world. This bridge is a part of the Guiweng Expressway and it shortened the travel distance between Weng’an County and Guiyang from 160km down to 38km.

Yachi River Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge that crosses the Yachi River between Qianxi County in Bijie and Qingzhen in Guiyang. This 1,466 m long bridge carries traffic on the Guiyang-Qianxi Expressway. It is also one of the longest cable-stayed bridges in the world.

Sidu River Bridge, a 1,222 m-long (4,009 ft) suspension bridge, is built over the Sidu River in Badong County of the Hubei Province of China. It was built at a staggering cost of 720 million yuan by CCCC Second Highway Consultant Co. Ltd. The bridge was thrown open for public traffic on November 15, 2009.

Duge Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge near Liupanshui in China, is the highest bridge in the world. This 1,340 m long bridge connects Xuanwei city in Yunnan province and Shuicheng county in Guizhou province. Its construction was completed on 10 September 2016 and then it was thrown open for public traffic on 29 December 2016.
